Smoked Filberts

Smoky filberts are insanely delicious and perfect for serving with local beer from Oregon. Filberts are a cousin of the hazelnut, so hazelnuts can be used in this recipe. All you do is toast the nuts in a skillet over medium-low heat until lightly browned. Add 1 tablespoon olive or sunflower seed oil and stir. Remove from heat and toss with 2 teaspoons of smoke seasoning.
