A Clove of Garlic A Day . . .
Did you know that garlic does wonders for preventing colds? Not only does it inhibit common cold viruses and stop unwanted bacteria, but it also helps eliminate dangerous toxins from the body. If you feel a cold coming on, eat a raw clove of garlic before going to bed. Can't stand the taste? A few sprigs of parsley should help get rid of the harsh taste.
