This Winter we did a demo at the Grand Army Greenmarket in Brooklyn. So many people were excited to try our simplest recipe yet- Kale with Garlic. The biggest surprise of all was the number of kids who kept coming back for seconds and thirds. Kids love kale! Farmers donated bunches of Curly Leaf Kale, which we then sauteed with some olive oil, garlic, and soy sauce. Try this tonight!
