This week we traveled to Washington DC in order to interview Pat Ortman of Girls Gotta Run, an organization which provides shoes for girls who want to become professional athletes in Addis Ababa. We met her at Etete Restaurant, an example of the entrepreneurial spirit that has created the "Little Ethiopia" neighborhood of 9th and U Streets.
