Coconut Cardamom Tapioca Pudding

This is a lovely, thick pudding. It is a good idea to ask someone to open it for you where you buy it, and bring home the water in a cup, and the empty shell to use as a serving dish. Serve it straight from the shell, with plenty of spoons.
