2 tablespoons good quality flaked sea salt
2 teaspoons dried lavender
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons pink peppercorns
Start with the pink peppercorns in a mortar, and crush them with a pestle. Add the salt, lavender, and thyme, and continue to crush until everything looks quite broken up and potent.
