Kurdish Dolma

The dolma that we most often see is stuffed grape leaves. Kurdish dolma uses grape leaves, but also a variety of other vegetables like onions, peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, and eggplant.  As you will see, there are many steps to making dolma and it is much easier when undertaken as a family affair.

What a wonderful recipe! I'm learning so much from the international flavor of this show! I love Kitchen Caravan!

This was awesome. Home cooking and traditional food at its best. Thank you for sharing this.

Great to watch!
I work in nutrition and dietetics and I teach parents and children to cook in the U.K with nutritional messages incorporated.
One lady in todays session bought in Dorma, it was the first time I tried it and loved it!
If I could do anything it would be travel countrys cooking and learning about ethnic foods and eating habits, this is as close I will get for now, so thank you!!

Thanks for watching the show. Dolma changes from country to country, and we love to sample them all! Your job sounds so cool-please keep commenting and letting us know about what you try.

Could I get the Dolma recipe from Erbil?

LoL. Kurdish Dolma .. Not Kurdish Dolma .. Turkish Arabic Kurdish Dolma !
