Salsa Valentina is a Mexican hot sauce that goes great on a variety of dishes.  We love its spicy, tangy flavor that brightens up whatever it is poured over.  Use it over tostadas, with chicken, and over black beans.  We especially like it when poured over plain pizza topped with avocado.   In Mexico it is also used as a garnish for fruit (Mexicans like spicy/sweet combinations). It comes in both original and extra hot flavors.  The best is the original, which has enough zing, but does not overpower what you use it with.
